related to placing an order or shopping with Trippyvibe.com. Unless we give you written permission in advance, any other use of this
website, its content and its information, including linking or framing to this website, is strictly prohibited.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Any item(s) purchased from www.hillmangear.com that you are not satisfied with, may be returned within 60 days from purchase including
items bought during sales and merchandise received as gifts.

RETURN/REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Trippy Vibe will only refund if the correct return procedure is followed, and terms and conditions are adhered to. 
  • Order number shall be provided, and the refund will be processed only to the original payment method that it was purchased with.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, free from dirt, dust, hair or any fragrance and in an unaltered, good to sell condition with tags attached and packed in its original packing.
  • All returns must be associated with an RMA number provided by our customer service. Items returned without an RMA number included will not be accepted.
  • Hillman is not liable in case of loss or damage during transportation of return merchandise. 
  • Trippy Vibe reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that we consider not fulfilling the return conditions. 
  • Trippy Vibe reserves the right to reject the return and shall not give any compensation or refund for products that are returned that do not comply with the return conditions. 
  • Trippy Vibe will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s) except the costs for shipping and insurance.
  • We will not process a return of goods purchased from third-party merchants. (In such case, please contact the merchant from which you purchased the product and process the return according to their return policy.)
  • Outlet or Clearance campaigns products cannot be returned/refunded
  • All the shipping and insurance fees for international returns are at the cost of the client.  
  • Shipping and insurance fees are not subject to return

1. If you want to return an item for a refund, first please contact our customer service at office@trippyvibe.com or call 887-301-616 during the business hours Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00 PM EST.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which is necessary to initiate a return refund of the purchase price. 

2. Prepare and send us your package by observing the terms below:

  • Be sure the product covers the return conditions above
  • Mark clearly the RMA number on the package
  • Insure your package (recommended)
  • Ship the return package to:

HOW DO WE REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If a refund is approved we will credit the full purchase price, excluding shipping, in form of the original payment method. If you paid for your order with a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card, the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and then will be refunded to the credit card. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 2-5 days. Or if a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Any item(s) purchased from www.trippyvibe.com that you are not satisfied may be exchanged within 60 days from purchase date including items bought from sales and merchandise received as gifts.RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • Order number shall be needed for the exchange process.

  • All returns for exchange must be associated with an RMA number provided by our customer service. Items returned for exchange without an RMA number included will not be accepted.
  • Trippy Vibe is not liable in case of loss or damage during transportation of merchandise when it is returned for exchange. 
  • Trippy Vibe reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that we consider not fulfilling the exchange conditions. 
  • Trippy Vibe reserves the right to reject the exchange and shall not give any compensation or refund for products that are returned for exchange and do not comply with the exchange conditions.
  • In case that the product is discontinued,  we will provide store credit to your account.
  • Trippy Vibe is not liable to guarantee stock of any item subject to exchange.
  • Products purchased from third-party merchants are not accepted for exchange. (In such case, please contact the merchant from which you purchased the product and process the exchange according to their exchange policy.)
  • Products ordered from outlet or clearance sales are not subject to return and exchange.
  • Shipping and insurance fees are not subject to refund.
  • All international returns for exchanges are at the cost of the client, however, in such cases, you will receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like to exchange. 
  • We limit exchanges to only one time per order. 
  • Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. 
  • Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 
  • For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

 

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? 

1. If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at  office@trippyvibe.com or call 887-301-616 during the business hours Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00 PM EST.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which is necessary to initiate a return to exchange merchandise. 

2. Due to possible changes in the inventory, return/exchange shall be processed in the following steps

Step 1  You have to place a new order for the product you would like to exchange which will be charged with its full amount through the desired payment method. You will receive an email confirmation of your new order.

Step 2  As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, and its return is approved, we will fully refund the amount, except shipping cost to the payment method used for the purchase. Or on your request, we can provide a promo code for the amount of the returned merchandise (excluding shipping) via email which you can use at the checkout for your next order. 

Because item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received, we highly recommend placing a new order as soon as possible.
